STRATEGIC PRODUCT DESIGN / INDUSTRIAL DESIGN – Internship, China

Industrial Design / SPD & IPD

Students that are open for an international experience, are hands-on, and want to learn the practical sides of SPD and IPD from real cases and clients in China and Internationally. You should be fluent in English, Dutch or/and Chinese would be an asset.

We offer you to be part of our executing team and share your analytical and creative insights with our China team.

SPD students will work on cases for repositioning existing brands and creating new brands through integrated brand management and design. You contribute by combining your structured analytical thinking with project management and design concept directions.

IPD students will take part in the conceptual design and positioning of new products, retail concepts, marketing materials and brand touch points by analysing consumer behaviour and customer insights, e.g. retail journey experience.

Daily Tasks;

• Design Management
• Project Management
• Ideation / no detailing
• Planning and task management with Chinese design team
• Report to senior management
• Advice of project deliverables

SKILLS

• Diploma / Bachelor’s is required / or should be enrolled in a University
• English is not required but would help
• Being well organized and detail oriented, especially on file management
• Printing technique and paper understanding
• Making brand identities
• Making advertising graphics

Stipend: 2500 – 3000 RMB PER MONTH Plus, Commission  (available).
