Quality Control Engineer – Urgent Internship in China

About the Company:

The host Company is a German Giant Engineering Company with the deep network into all sectors than any other Multinational Organization in China. Their areas of operation expand beyond Automotive, Energy, Appliance Solutions, Prosys and Electronics

Job Roles –

• Deal with customer quality complaints, writing 8D report, and track to solve the problem
• To evaluate nonconforming product and process, responsible for solving the production line of quality problems
• Responsible for the early stage of the project quality to parts PPAP approval（Including responsible for drafting and update the work instruction and SIP）
• Analyze and improve quality problems with team according to the monthly quality report
• Responsible for the management and guidance of QC
• Summary of processing customer feedback, and train related staff, improve the quality awareness of site personnel
• Respond to customer audit and review, and actively take relevant improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor or above，Mechanical or automatic control
• Quality control and management experience, process quality control skill
• With strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Office software skills (eg: Excel)
• 949 quality management system and five-tool.
• Familiar with products & process development systems.
• Excellent English skill in verbal and written.
